I am so sorry for your loss and the grief that never ends.

You must have such a big heart, to hold so much grief.

Grief steps in to fill the space created by love that can no longer be expressed.

Thank you so much! ❤️ I was so afraid it wouldn't be good enough

For him, to honor his memory.

I did the best I could though.

I hope when he looks down from heaven he will see the outpouring of love and grief from all us fans and know what his music meant to all of us.

I think of him young and healthy now, maybe sailing in the “Mayan” or spending time with his Mom and brother, or hugging his former girlfriend Christine Hinton.

I think of him creating new music in heaven, because whether on earth or in heaven, he was always going to be all about that music.

Dedicated to Mr. David Crosby

Thank you for the music.

Listened to “Eight Miles High” while I painted it. Always loved that song since I was four years old.

How blessed I was to have been born into the world that had David Crosby in it.

Me too. First heard them when I was 8. Loved them with all my heart ever since. ❤️❤️❤️

There is no other group more central to the formation of my beliefs and values.

I have been weeping for two days now and don’t see an end in sight.

I was lucky to be born into the world that had David Crosby and CSN in it.

RIP, Mr. Crosby. The world is a sadder darker place without you, but how grateful

We all have been for the light and happiness you brought to us while you were alive.

Your music and spirit will live on forever.

"Oh, my Grace, I got no hiding place."

This line is speaking to me and for me as of late.

It’s amazing how songs can do that for us, isn’t it?

"Oh, my Grace, I got no hiding place."

First use ever of the Moog synthesizer in this song.

I remember the first time I heard this song as a child. Want to say I was 7 but might have been 8. Blew my mind, and I loved the song from the start.

From the incomparable Mr. Paul Simon:

Finished this pastel painting today

10x8 on Luxarchival paper. Thank you for looking and for any critiques.

I will probably make some small changes to it after I look at it awhile.

I'm so sorry for all you have been through and are going through.

I wish I could be there and be your friend for real and help in whatever way I could.

Sending hugs to you and wishes for a kinder, easier path soon.

To a Flame - Stephen Stills

Hauntingly beautiful. Been listening to it a lot lately.
