I'm glad to see that this military officer is suing...
.... he needs to at the very least defend his security clearance. Gowdy accused him of mishandling intelligence. Additionally he should be able to make a good case that he should have been released to serve his activity duty service requirements. I hope his attorney is able to drag out material the repugs have been hiding during the discovery process.

The fix is simple except for the politics of the 1% and their toadies in Congress
..... Raise the income cap from it current $118,000 to make every dollar earned subject to 6.2% SS withholding. Currently Congress members making $176,000 only pay SS tax on the first $118,000. The remaining $58,000 is SS tax free. Don't punish the low end... tax the high end.
It is not about us the American people it is ALWAYS about GOP ideology.
They never govern in a way that benefits the majority of the American people. They only do what is good for themselves.
