there still are some MAJOR known-unknowns.

The claims of her win, and especially how hard she worked to get it: Can she possibly believe this about herself?

I may be posting from a different dimension. People appear to be celebrating something that looks quite horrible to me. Due to the extreme horribleness of it, I don't believe it can actually happen. And I do believe she is in serious legal trouble.

On FB somebody was saying that Bernie would do what we want him to do. I don't know if that's true. I don't want him to concede. I don't care if he does the right thing according to establishment opinionators. I wrote and begged him never to ask us to vote for Hillary.

And about the other thing, I simply don't believe it. Weird.

Everything in me says she's not going to be the president, and this FBI investigation is way serious bizness so she may not be the nominee either.

Apparently that's not accurate. Her signed oaths or agreements, for one, are suspect.

She vowed to not even have a remote APPEARANCE of any conflict of interest, as Sec. of State. It's a big deal.

There is a not-so-sweet scent of conflict-of-interest emanating from the mysteriously cloud-stored & FBI-recovered 30k "personal" emails.

I've read that communications while in office of such a government official do NOT belong to him or her, and must be archived + subject to FOIA. In other words all UR emails R belong to US

According to one poster here there will be another report coming out from the IG of the IC, before the FBI winds it up. Their preliminary statement from last summer is specific, as you can see here. As a matter of fact, gross negligence in handling of classified material is a crime. So is destruction of evidence and lying about it, I believe.

The Intelligence Community IG will be issuing a report on HRC's violations of classified information laws before the FBI issues its final report, and it appears that it too will recommend prosecution. Here is the Joint Statement of the Inspector Generals:

As per above, it sounds as if another report is about to be issued. That there is a second IG for Intelligence.

Another side of this question, is -- why, once having turned attention toward the negative --

do some become negative in response?
Do they see it as a choice? or not?

We are energetically/magnetically drawn to what is similar to ourselves,
usually to parts of our unconscious or hidden selves.

The ugly subfloor basement rooms of our psyche hold much garbage.
Ideally the psyche should be kept clean. It's not designed for long term
storage of old garbage. You can pretend the garbage isn't there, but
there will be flies and roaches saying otherwise.

Some people are so full of garbage they can not contain themselves
when even moderately provoked. An overfull storage bin can handle
very little extra on top. It only wants to throw up, be empty, feel
clean inside.

We are the generators of hope. If we don't get it from inside, we're draining it from others.
Like the fish in the water is thirsty. Inside of us there is a bottomless OCEAN of hope, the real deal.

It surprises each time I post or talk about this subject.

When I look at basic established facts, plus the pov of intelligence professionals/ others knowledgeable about national security, it surprises me how legitimately DIRE it seems for her;

then my brain does a double-take:
waitaminnit, thas IMPOSSIBLE nevergonnahappen that never happens in America

then brain goes back to actual facts and precedents.
like brain ping pong. time will tell. hope it is soon.

Hillary has serious legal problems. She's also got electability problems.

There may be only a small possibility but you can not say there is none, ie that she will not be the nominee.

Until that becomes certain one way or another -- Bernie is continuing because WE want him to continue.
We will continue to make a case until the convention, that he is in better position to defeat Trump.

None of us know at this point when or how the FBI will throw in their monkeywrench. Legal precedent says: many people have been convicted, even jailed, for lesser national security offenses that what we already know she's done.

Even if the FBI declines to recommend indictment? that won't be the end of it. She'll either be destroyed in the election by Trump, or paralyzed by investigation and obstruction if she makes it into the WH.

Superdelegates know this.
