Here is a list of what I, a Bernie supporter, expect to get accomplished by President Sanders

Nothing

If he gets one of his proposals through congress it will be a bonus, each one after, a bigger bonus.

It is not about getting anything passed, it is changing the narrative and the course. I don't expect him to be able to single handily work miracles. IMO, President Obama was the best President in my life, I am over 50. Obama changed the course slightly, now is time for a sharp left turn. The youth vote is all lined up, it is a matter of taking advantage of the opportunity at hand. Reagan didn't have overwhelming legislative accomplishments, but he changed the course, was transformational. Bush went a bit further but nothing overwhelming again. Then eight years of Clinton, nothing major. Then W. was escorted in and all Hell broke lose.

It is a long game, the goal is to set it up for a Preident Warren or someone similar.

So, Hillary fans, don't try to convince me using the argument that he won't be able to get anything done.

1. That is not the goal for a lot of us, including many of us a tad older.
2. We lived through what Bill got done, and being polite, it wasn't that damn impressive.

Google it, listen/read the speech. The County is so far off track that something like this would never be considered today, we need to try to get back on that path. We have youth numbers that exceed those during the Reagan Revolution. They can't be wasted.

Holy Shit! It is going to have to be a political revolution

Breaking news on CBS about Scalia, Jan Crawford the correspondent stated that Obama will likely not be able to fill the position, the Republican Senate won't allow it so it will be up to the next President.

Eleven friggen months left and Obama can't fill it! She stated it as a given, something historically unprecedented is stated as a given.

I am looking at the history of Democratic Primary results in New Hampshire

Yes Hillary beat Obama by 3 and a half points in 2008. Before that you have Kerry, Gore, Tsongas beating Bill by under 10, Dukakis, Hart beating Mondale by 10, Carter, Muskie over McGovern by 7.

So in approximately 50 years they picked the eventual nominee, or the nominee was second and at most ten points back.

Now Hillary did get second, but was over twenty points back. Unfortunately the field was basically cleared out this year due to many being afraid to take on Clinton so it is hard to compare a typical candidate heavy field to a two person race.

But, IMO, this result demonstrates a warning for the party and Clinton. As many have said for the past year, her support might be much more shallow than many want to believe.

So I had a solo lunch today, nice cup of Pho, just kicking back and pondering things

Driving to the place I heard that Hillary might shake up her staff. This morning I had read the Bill Clinton comments about Bernie. Both were obviously on my mind, so as I sat eating I was thinking about the Hillary comment about Bernie voting for the Commodity Future Modernization Act, her flippant comment regarding the speaking fees, the Bernie Bros./Obama Boys attacks, all while claiming to be a victim.

To digress, I am a person who gets motivated by conflict, know it, manage it, and always try to be cognizant of the fact that some others have the same disposition. Mine was likely due to being the last kid in a large family, made me real laid back until there was something I wanted and an older sibling said I was too small or not smart enough yet. I would put the blinders on and either get it or in some cases get my ass kicked because I was too small to handle the endeavor. In my first fifteen years of work I would steamroll anyone in my way, the last fifteen years the opposite. I learned it wasn't my way or the highway and if someone else handles the requirement a different way, no biggie as long as it gets done. Used to be a strong individual contributor, now a strong manger. Anyway the point is, I know about having to thrive on chaos.

The Clinton's thrive on chaos, it is in their DNA. Trump, Christie, Sarah Palin, all thrive on chaos. Now some, like Palin, are also dumb as rocks, so I am not insinuating the Clinton's are ignorant, far from it both very intelligent people. I am suggesting that they have always and will always have and need chaos and conflict as a motivational tool. One of the reasons, the biggest, I respect Obama is that he lets 99% of the attempted chaos flow by.

Declare victory? Would love to have been a fly on the wall

Seriously, 15 percent left to report, .5 percent lead, and you declare victory rather than waiting?

I hate to be blunt, but someone fucked up big time. There would have to be advisors recommending waiting, but someone, somehow over ruled them. The could be an epic fuck up.
