Poor Houston Rockets. They are the second best NBA team, they just can't beat the Dubs.

Reminds me of all the teams in the '90s that Jordan's Bulls were a roadblock to—Ewing's Knicks, Malone and Stockton's Jazz, Barkley's Suns, Payton's Super Sonics.

They can beat every other team in basketball but can't get past the Warriors. I'm starting to wonder if it's psychological? At the end of the game when they were walking off their faces just looked resigned to defeat, like they somehow knew they were going to lose even though the Warrior's best player was injured.

Dubs fan here from waaaay back. We used to be season ticket holders during the Run DMC days. That game last night was incredible. And I think Houston thought they had it in the bag with KD sidelined, so maybe they didn't come out ready to play. But the Warriors have a special magic going. The bench was such an integral part of this win. IGGY just always comes to play, especially in the playoffs.

It also makes me sad when I consider all of the superstars (Malone and Stockton in particular, and Steve Nash) who never got a ring. Shows how tough the NBA is, especially when you have to compete against a team like Golden State.

sometime during the next series.

Also, they played like the pre-KD Warriors. The ball moves a lot more and frankly, it's more fun to watch than when iso-ball takes over (KD does it a lot, but he's the best at it).

I prefer watching games in the Warrior's ball movement style as opposed to what Harden does. He dribbles for 20 sec. then shoots a step-back 3, drives to draw a file or passes at the last minute which doesn't give his teammate much time to do anything. It's boring.

Although he does add something to the lineup. Boogie may be back soon too.

The fast paced ball movement is such fun. In 2015 for their first title, we were in Maine on vacation. Watched the last game in our hotel room. Unable to cheer out loud for fear of waking the neighbors!
