The letter actual does a good job of explain HOW Democrats can take Texas (and Arizona and hold New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada) forever.

But the letter calls aplying 21st century technologies/methodologies the "slimy dark arts of campaigning", once again proving the modern gop is the party of anti-intellectualism.
