It amazes me that I can sit at home and tune in to see nearly any musical act from anywhere in the world over the last 60 years at any time in their history.

Spent time last night watching a band from Chile named Newen Afrobeat. Then checked out the new Parov Stelar videos from Austria.

Astounding advance from the days of sitting by a radio waiting in hope of hearing your favorites.

because it is a time machine. We are able to see acts from 40, 50 or 60 years ago that we would never get to see otherwise. I LOVE finding new bands too. People are known to say that the music today is crap. That is only because they aren't looking in the right places. There is more GREAT music now than ever before in our history. IMO
