We don't even know which region the poster is describing. The world? A country? A state? A county? A middle school somewhere?

The 6% number could even just be made up for the sake of the joke.

I'm guessing, yep in the US. But in other countries fundamentalists would be the same as our puker citizens.

It's healthy to have 2 parties offering different solutions.
But both should be rational with respect non-political matter such as natural science and even social science (provided no Excel coding error).

The GoP used to have a rational faction. They have been Talibanized.
