Hi, I sure hope some of you remember me...
and I hope you know me well enough from interacting over the years to know this post and idea isn't coming from a white woman savior complex. I've actually encouraged a few BW who are D&I professionals to pursue creating it themselves and I would help however I can, but they prefer someone like me gets it going and they can be paid for their expertise.

If you have any thoughts or concerns, I'd appreciate knowing them, even if you just want to message me. There are no doubt many issues to be dealt with that I haven't even considered, which is why I'm throwing this out there for feedback after doing so in a more targeted way thus far.
