I know we can't be happy and I disturbed in GDP, so I thought this would be nice! I just got back from voting and I saw a swarm of women walking toward the poll... That was interesting!

It felt great to vote. All my friends are proud of voting and we're all reminding each other 'Be sure to vote in November too!'

(24,544 posts)and ran a campaign that will be studied for centuries on How to Alienate the People You Most Need to Actually Vote for You.
We are already feeling the impact of his legacy in that states who's caucuses he won are already voting to move to primaries and these primaries aren't even over yet. I also think that it will be a long, cold day in Hades before someone is allowed to become a Democrat 3 minutes before running for president as a Democrat again.
So I'm relieved. I'm not thrilled or excited but I am most definitely relieved. The most qualified candidate for president won the Dem primary and will win in November as well.

Trump is just insane, we need to officially pivot, and swivel and do the hitchhike! At least I do!

(24,544 posts)Judging by a hidden thread in a group that is no friend to this one.
But I've got to love how the person whining about MY post whined that it was in a "protected forum" seemingly oblivious that not only was s/he posting their "response" to my post in a protected forum themselves but one with damn near FIVE TIMES as many blocked members as this one.

(89,244 posts)i voted for Sanders but i have become turned off by a lot of his supporters and was ready some time ago for it to be over. i really hope he ends up doing as Hillary did in 2008 with her support for Obama.

(8,709 posts)Just saw Nelsan Ellis a few nights ago in the movie The Stanford Prison Experiment.
I'm so happy about my choice of HRC every day and biting at the chomps, as the President and Sen. Warren, to make her presidency a reality.

(14,128 posts)Voted back in February for HRC. Saw a Jeb Bush lookalike, and a lot of first timers. It's a GOP neighborhood, and they looked like a certain man's crowd.
Waiting to the Veepstakes to begin.

(31,798 posts)It's decisive.
I do not care about folks intent to 'burn down the Convention'.
If they do - and we lose . . . I have an 'out' of America. Do they? Do their loved ones?
They want to vote for Jill Stein - they can be my guest. She will lose. But I don't want to read that bullshit ('Burning' or 'Stein') at DU come the 16th.
