I haven't seen an ass whoopin like this since I tore the knobs off my mom's television set (I was young, having a temper tantrum, long story )

Regardless, she took a greater share of the black vote than Obama did in 08. I guess there's something to be said about standing by the president instead of calling him a failure and trying to primary him....

margins, they left the state and went to less diverse states to campaign instead.

That tells me that there is little attempt to work at getting more votes from non-white people.

That tells me that the campaign hasn't learned its lesson.

The Democratic Party is DIVERSE! But more important, they need to work to siphon off some minority voters.

I like what HRC said tonight after being criticized for staying in SC: Take NO vote for granted.

Even better: that was a black & white tv, that was sitting on top of a non-working color tv. Those were the days. I really miss UHF television.

Anti-gay and anti-Obama Tulsi "Obama is weak" Gabbard, who once said this:

Just endorsed Sanders. And apparently this is a good thing. I mean they're giddy about this.

around ten years ago when the Dem leaders were Abercrombie, Hirono and the late senators Dan Inouye and Daniel Akaka. We lived in Hawaii for over 20 years and found the strongly Democratic state to be very accepting of every community.

But she herself has made several statements about homosexual extremists

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/03/16/tulsi-gabbard-krishna-cult-rumors_n_6879588.html

The elder Gabbard, known for his virulent anti-gay crusade in the 1990s, was challenging Democratic incumbent Ed Case in the race to represent Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District. So, for a profile piece, a writer at Honolulu Magazine emailed him and asked about his family’s ties to a guru named Chris Butler, aka Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa, who leads an obscure offshoot of the Hare Krishna movement in Hawaii.

But Tulsi Gabbard jumped in. “I smell a skunk,” she emailed back. “It’s clear to me that you’re acting as a conduit for … homosexual extremist supporters of Ed Case.”

i can't think of even another black politician who could have done it. maybe there might be some who could have done better than Sanders. but i'm pretty sure she would still have a double digit lead.
