UCLA Gymnast, Sophina DeJesus, brought down the house with her floor routine at a recent meet. As soon as T-Wayne's "Nasty Freestyle" came on, we knew what to expect. Sophina promptly whipped, hit dem folks and completed another tumbling pass.

there was never a time that the kids DIDN'T do their routines to hip hop.

for a drill team at my high school so we could do our thing - always a hit, of course!

had Denver fans watching at my house so we all were hollering for Denver.

Not much to holler about, kinda boring.

Red zone offense by Denver is abysmal.

energetic, bold, saucy, and unbelievably cool. Her talent is huge, but it's the flair that made me thrilled and awed watching her. "It was black as hell": yes indeed, as it should be!
