It has ZERO chance of passing because it contains Schumer's UBC language, since the Toomey-Manchin replacement provision failed to muster 60 votes. So, Reid will now pull the bill from the floor in hopes he can bring it back later.

[11:39] Senator Blumenthal (D-CT) has now brought a picture of one of the Newtown victims and is attempting to guilt trip the Senate into passing gun control. Says Senate turned its back on the families of Newtown and other shootings. Literally using the victims of Newtown as a prop.
When the Bush Administration pulled this shit whilst passing the Patriot Act, they got called on it
at DU.
When the same is done with guns, a wave of amnesia washes over certain parts of DU and the Democratic Party.
