Today in Peace and Justice history on April 26, 1966

Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales founded the Crusade for Justice, a Chicano activist group, in Denver, Colorado, and marked his departure from the Democratic Party. It was the beginning of a nationalist strategy for the attainment of Chicano civil rights. http://bit.ly/Y9igJp
