Our 12 yo GSD rescue suffered a heart attack this morning and though she has stabilized she is still one sick girl.

This is her, shortly after she joined our family about 4 years ago. Any good thoughts, vibes, and even prayers (if you go that direction) are welcomed. It hard to put into words just how much we love this beautiful, loving, big, black dog. Thanks for listening.

Update:

Nakita has made thru the first 24 hrs and is much more aware this morning. She even ate a little, but is still very weak.

My big black dog, Broccoli, just died a few hours ago. He was 14. Though he'd been with my ex-husband after our divorce, he was MY dog. He was a sweet, loving little man.
