Water them thoughly before you dig them. Have the bed you are moving them to ready to go. Make sure you break them up into fist size plants that have a good root system. Transplant, water well and mulch. Don't forget to add good soil around the plants you are leaving behind so they have somewhere to spread into. Liriopes do best in shade, if you are transplanting them into a more sunny area, even if it's only AM Sun, they will need soil that holds moisture, mulching and more watering to root well.
