Hot Folger's from the Mr. Coffee with a little coconut oil, powdered turmeric & Tellicherry pepper from the grinder, lactose-free dairy, and S&L pinkie packet which I suppose ruins the healthy effect, LOL--stir it up mightily and glug it down. Never eat breakfast until later, but that's ok because it's a sleepy, foggy and wet morning. I ate all the Kashi, so probably mash up the last soft avocado on a nutty bread and add a hunk of the huge watermelon sliced up last night.

but I hope it tastes better than it sounds. I love Tellicherry pepper never thought to put it in coffee. Your breakfast does make me curious as to how it would taste. 😋

turmeric - try it; you'll like it and so will your achey-breaky joints.

with half 'n half.

Cherries and plums with kefir poured over it.

What a terrific summer breakfast.

We have this place around here called Playa Bowls, which features all kinds of fruit bowls using acai and pitaya. I aspire to some of their recipes since I don't want to walk out of there every morning with a $13 bowl of fruit!
