What's for Dinner, Sun., Aug. 2, 2020

Miniature meatloaves (from the Polish deli) with potatoes and gravy.

Roasted corn, cut off the cob.

Broccoli rabe with olive and garlic.

Okra, roasted, with curry in the breading. They are crispy, almost as if deep fried, but I know he roasted them.

Dessert: Peaches and plums in mascarpone. Shortbread cookie to go with it.

Blueberry ginger kombucha.

I’ve got Salisbury Steaks with gravy over rice and pure, fresh, garden squash—sliced and boiled with absolutely no seasoning, whatsoever, because that’s the way LaelthsDaughter likes it.

Roasted garden salsa, grilled corn. Maybe deal with a zucchini some how.

A couple of us at work pitched in and got a big carryout order from the local Chinese restaurant.
Our food is good, but we are all sick of it, lol!

Stir fried veggies.

Probably make chocolate chip cookies later this afternoon to have for dessert and snacks this week.

on portobello mushroom caps for me, since I'm supposed to cut way down on carbs and on the packaged pre-baked crusts for husband and son. Mushrooms are one of my favorite pizza toppings, so it was okay. Also some broccoli with lemon-butter-garlic sauce.

... but I mixed in a small tub of ricotta so it was super cheesy.

Sliced tomatoes

Spinach salad with mozzarella and balsamic reduction.

No dessert.
