Then we had what we call American Chop Suey. I think in other regions of the country it's called goulash.
Elbow macaroni, ground beef, olive oil, onions, green pepper, garlic, basil and olive oil. It's a broth-y mixture as opposed to a saucy mixture.
I'm going to have a plum for dessert
