Pasta with cream sauce that has prosciutto and walnuts in it.
Salad: tossed green salad using red leaf and romaine. Chopped Forelle pear, along with homegrown celery. Chopped rosemary. Citrus-based dressing.

I have a cheapo mandoline, which I should have used. Let me assure you, mine did not look like the picture - much juicier, for one thing.
Still, it was tasty. I may try it again as more of a lasagna, with layers of zucchini slices, cheese, and tomato. Also have cucumbers with mint and dill in yogurt, and garlic bread.

I tried that once. Never again. I had to work too hard.

Then made 50 of them Saturday afternoon. Take me about an hour to fill them. I make them twice a month or so.
Mousse was Devine.
