Panzanella, made with red and orange heirloom tomatoes. While panzanella is often made with stale bread, we made ours with fresh artisan bread the RG bought from a grocery store trip this a.m. Also has cucumbers, basil, olive oil, and vinegar.
Salad of chopped asparagus, peas, and ham with mint in lemon dressing.
Tuna made with capers and anchovies and whipping cream spread over a slice of the bread.
Dessert: vanilla Swiss almond ice cream with shortbread cookies and jam. One of the new jams is figs and juniper.

Nice knife work! In the next couple of days I will have all the ingredients fresh, except for the bread.

We await our tomatoes...I added chicken I cooked in the air fryer which was very moist and tasty I also made homemade croutons and added dried cranberries...coffee for dessert. Trying to lose the pounds 'shelter in place' has added.
