What's for Dinner, Wed., July 23, 2020

Pork ribs, loin cut, marinated in ginger, honey, vinegar. When sauteed, soy sauce added. Sauce made with drippings.

Chopped salad using Savoy cabbage, carrots, zucchini, cucumber, celery, scallions. Mango vinaigrette.

Swiss-vanilla almond ice cream for dessert.

Al's is on a bulkie, but I went bunless

Ketchup, mustard, onion and pickle on mine.


Leftover potato salad from last night. (It got better since yesterday.)



Al brought home some Ben & Jerry's for dessert.
