Slow roast boneless ribs ? Should I braise the ribs first

Recipe says in the oven 3 to 5 hours at 250 degrees covered.
After 90 minutes paint them with more sauce
Then paint them with sauce every 30 minutes

I personally like bone in ribs but my guys do not. Hope this turns out delicious
Sides are cornbread Amish Lima baked beans coleslaw green beans and homemade potato salad.

4. I do it exactly as you have written in

the top of your post, and they turn out soooo tender and not dry. I go about four hours, then paint twice - that’s about as long as I can wait before digging in!

6. Is the cornbread Amish, or the Lima baked beans?

I have never heard of Lima baked beans, and the lack of commas there left me a bit confused. It sounds delish!

10. The beans

To clarify are Dutch butter beans with like tomato paste. Brown sugar onion pepper celery. The cornbread is just 2 huge pans that I scored. Seriously thought I was gonna have to fist fight a young kid over cornbread he was grabbing doughnuts it was close.
