Arrived home late from work. Not sure what the RG is fixing; post back later.
on edit: Fresh asparagus and broccoli rabe, both from the garden, were combined with polenta and parmiggiano to make a base. This was baked in a cast iron skillet. Served with ragu sauce on top.
Dessert: Nutella and a ripe pear.

(17,376 posts)Lasagna with meat sauce, a leftover that seems better after resting in the 'frig.
Garden salad (lots of radishes and baby spinach) with Gorgonzola cheese and vinaigrette dressing.
FLFC and TJ are in bed already. FLFC had greasy minute steaks and TJ had corn dogs from the freezer.

(68,352 posts)We use corn tortillas as I can't eat Gluten and hubs doesn't to stop inflammation. It was really good...served with yellow rice and refried beans, guac and sour cream. We have enough for tomorrow too.
