Roast beef. The marinade has tamari, ketchup, mustard, and balsamic in it.
Roasted vegetables: onion, carrot, fennel. Hasselback potatoes.
Tossed salad with a head of lettuce I grew in the garden. If the pic I took made it to the cloud, I'm going to post it shortly.
Dessert is coconut and chocolate melted over flaky crust.

(10,429 posts)Leftovers are great! Usually I just save enough to freeze for lunches when I'm out. But since I haven't had guests, and haven't had to go out for work as much, I have only had to cook 2-3 days a week. Actually, I mean, I only get to cook 2-3 days a week. But it's still delicious

(661 posts)Diced onion, matchstick carrots, chopped cabbage, white flour, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, sour cream, yogurt, Turkey, frozen peas, Parmesan, and thin spaghetti.
Topped with breadcrumbs and Parmesan and sprinkled with bacon.
