Baked on a sheet pan with brussels sprouts, sweet potato wedges, sliced parsnips and onion

I also made smoked ham and cheese scalloped potatoes for lunch, so I'll be set for a few days of tasty leftovers.

Irish lamb stew... sort of. Onions, celery, carrots and lamb. Guinness and tomato paste with barley, mushrooms, potatoes and green beans. Bread on the side, of course. It has been weirdly cold in the northeast.

I can't go see sent me a feast from Sprouts, a local grocery. A nice young woman did the shopping and brought me two large bags: hot dogs and buns, salmon, pomegranete, mangos and fruit for a smoothie, cereal, Boulder potato chips, pistachio gelato, chocolate ice cream bars, muffins and of course a gallon of milk. I haven't been to the grocery since the start so this is a real treat for Mother's Day.
