My favorite is slathering ribs in sauce and cooking in aluminum foil for about 45 minutes and then another 15 minutes without the foil, slathering even more sauce and turning.

AMAZING (and fast and unhealthy!)

My dad turned me on to that recipe a long long time ago and I've used it every time I make ribs ever since 😄

i usually peel back the husks, remove silk, season and wrap back the husks
tie it with husk strips to keep covered, grill
husks will blacken and some kernels will brown, but that adds to the flavor

when on the grill. It seems to steam it a bit. If you are using tin foil, add just a smidgen of good olive oil. I'm making some tonight

Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic. Mix one packet with 3 tbsp vegetable or olive oil. Coat boneless chicken with it (you don’t really have to marinate) and grill. Mmmm.

Place the filet skin side down in a "boat" of tin foil (no oil). Sprinkle with minced shallot, s&p, chopped fresh dill, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Place the foil boat on the grill and close the top of the grill. Don't cover the fish. You will have nice smoky tasting salmon and it's easy to serve because the skin sticks to the foil!

Thick sliced zucchini (lengthwise), onions, peppers, eggplant are great grilled. Put a small drizzle of evoo and balsamic vinegar, s&p on them.

For dessert, how about grilled peaches?

OK, so now I'm hungry!

Have fun!

but I love the big sea scallops skewered and marinated in your flavor of choice (I've used salad dressing, Sriracha, Teriyaki sauce, many others). Light veggies like yellow squash circles and mushrooms are good. Serve over buttered rice or (if you're really on a health kick) a bed of shredded greens.

Also love grilled pineapple... slice it into 1/2” thick slices and cook like steak then cut around the core. I have some grill pans so I love grilling brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, chickpeas... Peppers/portobello mushrooms/asparagus/corn on the cob can all be thrown straight on.

Dessert: grilled fruit salad (Peaches, plums, pineapple, melon) and grill some slices of sponge cake with it.

It's the best way to make baba ghanouj. The grilling really gives it a lovely rich and delicious smokey aroma. I'll put a video link below to our recipe, also, a really great poultry marinade that features yogurt and saffron!
