Salmon/egg salad on pumpernickel. Chips.

Watercress soup, maybe, if I have enough energy.

Getting my raised beds in shape for putting in my garden in mid-May, so not a lot of time here. End of semester responsibilities, too.

I have never seen it in the stores here, but there are alot of things I don't see in the stores here .

I will grow it this year, but I don't have all my crops in yet.

It was beautiful watercress, too; fresh as could be and it was only 99 cents a bunch!
