(106,886 posts)1. Sounds great. A lot of my favorite flavors / spices.
I've done something similar - a peach "pie". Only difference is I layer batter / peaches / batter and bake. Quick and easy.
Gets a bit brown on top and bottom filled with the peaches.

Have tossed a number of meals at times. Meal disaster! I'm no great cook though I put together some neat meals at times. And I love this forum. A lot of ideas on all things cooking.
