Definitely. I buy the canned dolma, when I can find them. Haven't made a trip to Pgh. lately though.

And baklava...
LOL. I may bail on my meal plan, take a walk and stop by a local middle eastern spot for take-out.

couscous salad recipe?

Feta Couscous Salad
1 c. plain couscous
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 c. chopped parsley
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 c. pine nuts
1 T. dried basil
3 T. olive oil
11/2 T. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Place couscous in a medium bowl and pour boiling water over and cover the bowl and let sit for at least five minutes. Fluff with a fork and allow to cool.
Mix all other ingredients in a seperate bowl, then mix this into the couscous.

(106,886 posts)6. I had pasta with veggies, cheese & some 1/2 and 1/2... i.e. Home made mac 'n cheese.
Craving something grilled, though. Out for a walk in a bit, a charred chicken snack sounds good. Small salad and a beer. That'll work.
Put the middle eastern meal on hold 'till tomorrow. Looks like my sister, BIL and I are meeting up for lunch.
Rice with green salsa.
Bean burrito.
Chocolate for dessert.
