If you ever make sugarless sorbet with splenda or some such, try this to make it . . . . .

. . . . . more viscous, as if it were made with simple syrup. We made some last week. A couple of teaspoons of agave syrup made quite a difference. As a percentage of the volume we made, it was a pretty insignificant amount of added carbs but made a lot of difference in taste and mouth feel.
