What's for Dinner ~ Tuesday April 9th

1. what ever we can scrounge

we went out of town for a few days, so we're light on food. I'd planned a trip to the store but it's snowing and the wipers just went our on the car. guess we're staying in today.

2. Some kind of oriental chicken soup.

I've got hearty chicken stock loaded w/ veggies. Think I'm going to add some greens, spices, soy, hot oil - maybe a hot 'n sour type thing.

3. "Dracula's Revenge" which is a penne casserole with roasted garlic/Swiss cheese cream sauce

and a salad.

4. Spaghetti and a salad.

I used angel hair for the pasta.

w/some delicious sauce my spouse came up with.

Green salad.

White wine.

6. Canned chili, cornbread, napa slaw and some leftover chicken bits.

Getting down to the bottom of the barrel around here.
