we all should but we feel if we watch it that it will get solved or get better ..search for any diversion no matter how dumb it sounds to get some peace ....I was a jerk and watched a few minutes today -it never ends them saying the world is ending but first this commercial

we are with you on this.

The Boston tragedy and someone with whom I shouldn't have talked on the phone with. Well that person is the source of my PTSD...

Because everyone points fingers at the "crazy people." I am very sick of that bullshit.

I was really a mess this week and Wednesday morning it all kind of came to a head. I feel like I owe it to the victims to watch. Then I feel like I want to watch just to be aware of what's happening. I work in a target building so I worry about that too. But I've decided to check in occasionally but focus on work, family, positive stuff the rest of the time.

Hang in there.
