I Used to be a Liberal but...

After suffering a severe illness from an inadequately labeled medication and going through the system including disability and the courts I now see that "liberal" poiticos are in bed with pharma and GMO munchkins, sleeping right next to their "conservative" bedmates. I have watched the courts in my liberal states and watched the liberal judges roll over for pharma, doctors and insurance companies every opportunity they can find to serve their masters. I am watching thousands die from many drugs and no one cares, my senator doesn't care, my congressman doesn't care, the unlucky survivors are simply institutionalized and the game goes on. I have blocked all mail from liberal suitors and moved on to a very private Idaho.

Liberal is something you are, something in your head and heart. Not a club you join or quit. Gidney N Cloyd Apr 2013 #4

Yes, the libs we used to rely on to do the right thing have been co-opted by big money.

These are challenging times.

Why did you choose to hide there? 2009 I spent two months out there helping my sick sister. Traveling by train and bus and in the assisted living areas....so many carried Glen Beck's
book in their hands.

While there the state legislature held funding for Medicade. Very sweet. Old folks with no depends being taken care of by aids who were kept wondering if they would be paid at weeks end. What a nightmare.

Hope your hidyhole holds out cause those folks are......NotRight!
