The center is called "Camula" and it's run by the Universidad de los Andes (ULA, public university), in Mérida.
Video in Spanish showing the damage.

for quite a longtime in Venezuela. By the way, this video wasn't made by the media but by the teachers and the students of the university of the Andes. Got anything to refute it, discuss it maybe?

(62,265 posts)A joke. Pravda, I mean Granma would be proud.

(1,954 posts)... that a "madurista mob" caused this, instead of the thugs of Capriles, who have attacked several health care centers?
Because your video doesn't prove anything.

(507 posts)In this case and after being constantly attacked for the last 5 years by the same people, I believe what the people from the ULA university show and explain. Why would opposition "thugs" attack their own side? The ULA is one of the most important public "oppositionnist" universities in the country.
Until now, you've shown pictures of a grilled machine, smileys painted on walls, a broken window and a 100 m² of burnt hill next to a CDI. I don't call that evidence. Where are the "thugs of Capriles" making destructions other than small barricades on the streets? It's really easy to grab a cell phone and film, right?
Personally, I really don't like Capriles, so I'm not defending him from a political perspective. I just happen to live quite near from one of the CDI that was supposedly attacked that night. And all I can say is that I don't believe for a second it was attacked from the outside. All one could see was the fire in the hill.
