Suspect Arrested in The Double Homicide of Chavistas Jose Luis Ponce and Rosiris Reyes
The suspect is a 32 year old named Carlos Omar Serrano López. The two other suspects have been identified and the police is looking for them.
Rosiris Reyes, 44 years old, and Jose Luis Ponce, 45, were attacked with firearms by a violent group of Capriles supporters in the La Limonera Housing Project, in Miranda state, Baruta, Venezuela.
