Correa recognizes Maduro, but says counting votes will end instability.
"La idea era no reconocer el resultado si había estrecho margen, como creía la oposición que iba a haber y ciertos otros sectores. Esta vez sucedió así y se está creando esta inestabilidad", añadió Correa.
"Pero que se revise todo lo que se tenga que revisar. Mientras tanto nosotros, no tenemos por qué dudar de la proclamación del CNE del ganador de los comicios, que fue Nicolás Maduro", concluyó
