Tostones? (in my family we call em platanos, actually) ... frying pan & tostonera only.

So....why eggzactly would you need a pressure cooker if you're Cuban???? I mean rice & beans, pernil, platanos, what more do you need to survive anyway?

I'm Puerto Rican anyway. Far as Cubans are concerned, Puerto Rico is to Cuba as New Jersey is to New York. If you're from New York, you know what that means...
