Believe it or not, there were some really good signs for Hillary yesterday

So, first of all both Bernie and Hillary hit their 538 delegate goals yesterday (48-38), meaning each hit exactly what they need to to split the delegates evenly at the end of the primary season. Now Clinton has a sizable delegate lead, which means Bernie actually has to outperform his targets. Instead, the race remains the same--Bernie is still over 200 delegates behind and 86 more delegates are off the board (He's running out of real estate to get out of his sizable hole.).

Secondly, Clinton won the black vote with over 70% of the demographic in Wisconsin. Wisconsin! It is one of her best performances with that demographic in northern states. So all the trumpeting about support shifting to Bernie with that demographic, momentum, etc it just hasn't happened. And if that number translates to NY, well, let's just say she wins going away (Not to mention closed primary, etc).

So let them celebrate this win and Wyoming in a few days. Mathematically, Bernie didn't move the dial at all. He's seriously underwater with black voters, and we're two weeks away from some very delegate rich, diverse and closed contests. I will certainly be doing my part here in NY to close this thing out.

and even if he won all of Wyoming 14 delegates we would still be much ahead than BS and we be more than ready for what's coming!!!

BTW Wyoming has about half a million residents total.

I really appreciate the Black Voters getting out for Hillary in Wisconsin!

I had read that BS missed his delegate goal yesterday.. that must have changed?

them for that. You can't bamboozle them with glitter and unicorns. And they all know that President Obama will be endorsing Hillary Clinton, and they trust his judgment - as do I (although I'm not African-American).

"no preference" voters to request a ballot if the Party allows it. Unfortunately, the California Democratic Party is allowing it. The California Republican Party is NOT. This is why California is a semi-closed primary State.

The California Republican Party is closed to non-Republican voters.

On Reddit, Bernie supporters are telling their California pals to request ballots to vote for Bernie. THEY want to choose the person to head the Democratic Party. I doubt they'll succeed, though. California is a strong Democratic Party State.

and agree with it in that Hillary is still in very good shape overall, where did you find the information on both reaching their 538 target goals?

Right now, I can only find that Hillary has 36/38 and Bernie has 47/48, which is also what the NYT site shows.

Curious minds?

It's up now, with ALL delegates allocated.

It is as the OP stated: Hillary 38/38 and Bernie 48/48. Hillary has 1300 pledged delegates overall. http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/election-2016/delegate-targets/democrats/

She's still very much on track!

Not libertarians, Paulbots, Reformists, etc.

I expected the result in WI--it's his demographic--guns, lots of Republicans and right leaning independents, homogeneous, etc. I expect him to do well in WY too--that's Cheney country AND it's sparsely populated--he does well in rural environs.

the things he's said about President.. now he's saying they're good friends and he's a great President.

Somebody told him he's losing votes because he and his surrogates have been disparaging Obama. Cornel West isn't helping him either.

is too terrible to recover from. He can not make an argument that the superdelegates should abandon the will of the voters and pledged delegates to side with Bernie when black voters have, by in large, rejected him consistently throughout this primary. All hell will break lose if the party that elected the first black president tries to suppress the votes of a significant majority of the black electorate.
