Moving/copying Outlook emails to a destination file…

Suppose you have a lot of emails with the same subject. If you copy them all at once, Windows will name the files File(1), File(2) etc.

But if you don’t copy/move them all at once, it won’t do that for you. It keeps saying that you already have a file with that name.
Any suggestions?

A pain, but I guess that's my only option, after some have already been moved/copies. Thanks. nt raccoon Apr 2013 #2

After selecting the message, goto the "file" tab and select "save as". This will give you the option of manually resolving the name collision.
