If you are having specific problems you can find information on the internet or even ask here for help.
I recommend you download and run CCleaner including the registry cleaner. Download and run SuperAntiSpyWare and Malwarebytes.
Run a Disk Cleanup (found under Accessories/System Tools in Windows) and a Disk Defragmenter.
