Anyone here heard of or use US tech support? It's pretty pricey and just wondering if

it is worth what they charge for it.

If you are having specific problems you can find information on the internet or even ask here for help.

I recommend you download and run CCleaner including the registry cleaner. Download and run SuperAntiSpyWare and Malwarebytes.

Run a Disk Cleanup (found under Accessories/System Tools in Windows) and a Disk Defragmenter.
