it depends on the meetings you want to attend.
Webex is definitely more professional.
Zoom is better priced for personal use.
Both have issues of privacy and stability and are constantly being updated.

IMO, one is no better than the other. They both get the job done.

Webex scales better. I attend meetings of 70+ each week on webex, and we have no problems.
Mute all. The host in webex can mute everyone, whether connected by phone or VOIP.
Screen and app sharing is easier, so is file sharing.
Webex works better when the network has problems, like being on a hotel wifi or a rural dsl link.
Integrates better with outlook.
