house, built curtesy of British taxpayers comes to mind.

Wonder if they lie and steal so much because we are too generous to them?
Are they a product of "public should pay for my expenses while I whore myself to the lowest common denominator" system?

They sound as though there are loads of people having large families to claim benefits. But there are very few people nowadays with large families at all! The average family size is 1.9, and one study showed that only ten per cent of women born in 1964 even had 4 children (and there's no sign of a reverse in the trend among younger people).

Do the Right really think that most benefit claimants are like Philpott, or are they trying to make people believe that?

If you think Osborne's bad, try the Daily Hate and the vile A.N. Wilson; see this article:

... but - whatever its proprietor might think - it isn't running the country.

Of public-school educated, born-again god-bothering Catholic self-appointed philosophers, I expect precisely nothing!

As regards the Daily Hate, and others of its ilk - they are not literally running the country of course, but their propaganda persented as 'news' softens people up to accept the demonization of people in need.

The value promoted by the RW media and the Tories is 'Do hit people when they're down!'

.....the main motivation of the right wing at the moment isn't to serve the public good, but to spite any group in society who they dislike.

Add into the mix a ruling class who are almost totally detached from everyone else, and behave as if they have no responsibility to the rest of society and you've got a pretty poisonous mix.
