The May 20 event is billed as the state Republican Party's biggest event.
The speech is one of many Walker has planned outside Wisconsin in the coming weeks, fueling speculation that he's preparing for a run for president in 2016.
The governor will be the featured speaker at Arkansas' Reagan Day Dinner on April 30. He will headline a Republican fundraising dinner in Iowa on May 23.
On June 9, Walker will give the keynote speech at a Republican Jewish Coalition fundraiser in Beverly Hills.

he's trying to extend his appeal beyond David Koch...
his advisors (not Walker himself) have realized that tea party alone won't win elections any more..he needs to slowly crawl out of the hard-core cesspool and make himself presentable to increasingly more and more moderate conservatives...incrementally.
