Millionaire Stanley Marsh 3 indicted on 14 counts alleging sex with underage boys
A Potter County grand jury on Thursday issued six indictments against Amarillo millionaire Stanley Marsh 3, alleging sexual assault, sexual performance by a child and indecency with a child, court documents show.
The indictments stem from a criminal investigation into allegations that Marsh 3 paid six teenage boys to perform sex acts at his downtown Chase Tower office.
Marsh 3, 75, was indicted on eight counts of sexual performance by a child, four counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child. The indictments include four new criminal cases and four new alleged victims.
If convicted, Marsh 3 faces between two years probation to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $10,000 on each count.
