Houston egg roll maker can reopen, but not prepare seafood items
A Houston-based egg roll maker shut down by a federal judge over unsanitary conditions can reopen, but cannot make seafood products.
Chung's Products had been ordered closed last week after the Food and Drug Administration filed a lawsuit over the preparation of shrimp egg rolls.

The FDA has documented an unsafe food manufacturing environment at the Houston facility since at least 2005, including air-conditioning condensation dripping into egg roll filling, unclean work surfaces and inadequate employee hand washing.
In 2010, the agency sued the company, saying it failed to respond to government concerns, and sued Chung's over the preparation of shrimp egg rolls, saying they were made in unsanitary conditions that could have caused botulism or listeriosis.
