Texas Ballots (9.10.2020)

SAN ANTONIO — A federal court in Texas rejected the state’s request to stay an injunction that ordered the secretary of state to notify election officials that rejection of a mail-in ballot on the basis of a perceived signature mismatch is unconstitutional if a voter isn’t given a chance to correct the problem.
