Why should the city pay for transportation? It should be privatized so the elites can make money off the poor who are forced to ride public transportation. But then again, if it were privatized, fares would become too expensive for the poor and they would have to take any job close enough for them to walk.

The elites are in for a big shock when most of our infrastructure falls down and they can not use the highways or bridges any more.
