2. It arrived here about two weeks ago

The snow was all gone and then it snowed again big time. Now that snow was almost gone and its snowing again.

It's snowing heavily here just north of Minneapolis and nothing dampens sound like fresh heavy snow.

Last Thursday it snowed most during the night and in the morning.

Today it is really heavy and wet. The poor birds, and robins, are completely confused.

And we are not done yet.

11. As an old-timey Minnesotan

I can remember many years where it snowed in mid & late April. Even early May.
But never, ever a sustained winter that never seems to end like this.

And yes, I have even seen some "where's the global warming? (Beavis & Butthead laugh) posts.

12. We appeared to have a long winter,

we had 14 hours of spring, we had 5 days of summer, we skipped autumn, it is now winter again in Minnesota. It's snowing. These are not flurries, it is snowing.

The Anoka County Airport reports 101 degrees for a high today. (It only got to 98 degrees at MSP.)
