Grassley figured Steve King must've been lonely

And used Boston for political purposes;

Once officials learn the immigration history of the Boston Marathon terrorists, that information will help figure out how to reform the U.S. immigration system, Republican U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley said today.

“While we don’t yet know the immigration status of people who have terrorized the communities in Massachusetts, when we find out it will help shed light on the weaknesses of our system,” Grassley said during the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing this morning on the so-called Gang of Eight’s bill on immigration reform.

Authorities identified two suspects in Monday’s bombing attacks as brothers Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19, and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, whose families are apparently from Chechnya. The older man died in a shootout with police; law enforcement officials launched a manhunt this morning to locate the younger brother.

“How can individuals evade authority and plan such attacks on our soil?” said Grassley, the top Republican on the committee. “How can we beef up security checks on those who wish to enter the United States? How do we ensure that people who wish to do us harm are not eligible for benefits under the immigration laws, including this new bill before us?”

I feel Grassley wins Tweedle Dumber for his lifetime achievements of not representing Iowa and doing what he is told to do. If he now wants to cap his career being a bigger doofus than Steve King a seat in the Senate should speed him on his way. I worry for the state.

I was a 5th grader, perhaps. He was our state rep. in Iowa, I think. Anyway, he has been nothing but an embarassment for our state ever since..although he was instrumental in the 600 dolllar hammer debacle of yore, and the only Senator of 2 to vote against the Irag war...go figure.

I thought it was '16, but maybe I'm wrong. Either way, he needs to go. Now.
